These Terms and Conditions apply to all children’s activities provided by Digital Enterprise Makers Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a class, camp or club, you (“parent/carer”) agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Payment
- Places are secured once booking and payment are received in full.
- Please ensure your child is available for the dates/times before booking.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
- You may cancel within 14 calendar days of booking and receive a refund (minus a 10% admin fee), provided the sessions have not yet started.
- Once sessions have started, refunds will not be given for missed sessions.
- However, in cases of serious illness or exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to be flexible.
- If we have to cancel a session, we will either provide an alternative or issue a full refund for that session.
3. Behaviour & Conduct
- We promote a safe, inclusive and respectful environment.
- Children must follow staff instructions and behave appropriately.
- Any behaviour that disrupts learning or safety may result in the child being removed from the club. Refunds for remaining sessions will be at our discretion.
4. Collection & Late Pick-Ups
- Children must be collected promptly at the end of each session.
- A late collection fee of £5 will apply for pickups 10 minutes or more after the end time.
- Repeated lateness may result in your child being unable to continue in the club.
5. Safeguarding & Welfare
- All staff running sessions hold an Enhanced DBS check and Safeguarding Training.
- We follow UK safeguarding standards. If a disclosure or concern arises, we have a duty to act in line with child protection policies.
6. Food & Drink
- No snacks or food are permitted in sessions.
- Children should bring a water bottle only.
- We operate a nut-free policy.
7. Medical & Allergy Information
- Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs when booking.

- We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal items (e.g. coats, bags, electronic devices).
- All equipment required for activities will be provided.
9. Leaving the Club
